Concessions No joining fee
Concessions are paid the same two ways — twelve monthly payments on a 12-month agreement, or in full for the year at 13% off. There is no joining fee on any concession.

England Golf affiliation is charged in addition on both routes — £30 per member a year if you pay in full, or £2.50 a month if you pay monthly. The one-off £150 joining fee applies to brand-new adult members only; concessions pay no joining fee. The monthly route is an agreement with the club — not a finance agreement with a third party, and no interest is charged. Payment terms

How do the points savings translate?
Pay & Play is the outright visitor green fee; Points membership is the same round paid for upfront with points, which is why members pay far less. See points memberships
One-off joining fee, charged per person and only when a brand-new member first joins — including each adult on a Joint membership. Your first year’s England Golf affiliation is included.
England Golf affiliation, per member, paid annually at renewal. After year one it is the only fee on top of your membership.
- Roll over 20% of unused points when you renew.
- Points are valid 12 months from the date they are issued.
- Unlimited and concession memberships can be paid over twelve monthly payments on a 12-month agreement, or in full for the year at 13% off. Points memberships are paid in full at purchase.
